I'd be willing to be your refresh rate or screen resolution is set too high
for the new monitor under X (most likely the refresh rate). I'm not sure
how you'd go about changing that. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Subject: [PLUG] Monitor Display help

Dear All:

I have a urgent need for help. I got a new Dell 19" flat panel today and
I am using VGA connector to hook it up to my RH9 box.
The box is booting fine and I can see all the messages.
As the boot process finishes and jumping into the X login screen,
I got pitch black screen with this message:

    Analog Input
    Cannot Display this video mode

The monitor works fine as I have tried connected (via VGA as well) to my
other Window box.

How do I get X to work properly under my new monitor? Actually, I do not
even know
what the issue is.

Any help much appreciated....
