They use devfs, which is not ready for general use.

They use the grsecurity patches, which tend to have problems. 
(Especially with devfs.)

Trying to work with their programmers is an experiment in abuse and
torture.  (Having done it more than once.)

Some good ideas.  Implementation is lacking though.
