[PLUG] IT consultant recommendation

I need a recommendation for an IT consultant for a mixed
Windows2000/Linux network (currently 40 workstations, 3 windows
servers, and 3 linux servers).  Most important duties are as a backup for
me in case I'm not available or in over my head.  Hopefully the tech I
work with will be a good teacher.
