[PLUG] Trouble with CGU forms...

It's three values sent as one string that has to be broken apart.
Only some of the browsers I have send it this way, others
post it as three seperate strings which is much easier to work
with...  Is there a standard behavior or not for this?  How can
I break this apart with a perl script?
