[PLUG] holiday calendar for ximian

I'm spoiled and I want use somebody else's holidays calendars. Google
tells me that ICS files are supported, a quick check tells me that it's
an import option.

Cool. Someone has done lots of calendars, and I can download them here. 

Whoah- My browser won't do it. Konqueror and Mozilla seem to have a
built in association that prevents me from just downloading the file. 

I cannot find this association, where is it?

Is there a better way to import a calendar?
