This means that 192.42.93.34 advertized itself as having authoritative
information for domain socceramerica.net but in fact does not.
It's a problem in the remote server configuration, but nothing you need to
worry about.

If you don't want to see these messages, add this to your bind config
file:
logging {
category lame-servers { null; };
};
