As far as I have seen, it has been one individual who wishes to add
moderation to the PLUG list... I haven't seen anybody agree with him,
only people raise points against moderation.

I tried to divert the thread to CSI, and then twice to editor wars, but
neither seems to be taking.  :-)

Due to the nature of PLUG, such a thing would really need to be
anonymous.  I haven't yet met an anonymous polling system that wasn't
*very* easily broken.

I, personally, feel moderation begins at home.  It's quite easy to
filter folks out as punishment.  Then, one must be more careful to stay
on topic, themselves.  The starter of the first moderation thread, IMHO,
would be one of the first few individuals to find themselves moderated
off the list for a cooldown period.
