[PLUG] downloading via HTML

I download a lot of large files and the server I get them from only has
HTML downloads, so I use Mozilla to download them. It is very busy most
of the time and it disconnects me often, and then I start downloading
those huge files all over again. When I download from Windows using
Internet Explorer it disconnets just as often. But Windows apparently
caches its partial downloads and remembers where it left off, because
when I try to download the files again, it picks up where it left off,
right in the middle of the file. This saves huge amounts of time, but I
spend most of my time logged into Linux, not Windows. Does anyone know
of an HTML browser or tool that runs on Linux that will do the same
thing? Or possibly a Mozilla setting that I have not found that will
enable that feature?
