I don't want it, but I don't think the practice of sending unsolicited
email should be stopped entirely.

I don't understand what needs reporting or to whom.

I believe in open relays.  I believe in pamphleteering.  I don't believe
in punishment.

Blacklists and blackhole lists are blind censorship.

I filter my mail for convenience only.
