I use SquirrelMail and it gives me a web base interface via IMAP to my server.  I
have multiple email accounts and can alter the from address in the UI to allow me to
send from different email accounts.  Works great.  Only interface I know use for all
my email.

It also allows me to POP off my other server and store email locally.  So, one
interface.
