Josh,

  Didn't take years, just a few months. Every time I received a spam from
Asia I found the owner of that IP address block and entered every single
address (usually /8 or /16, not all four dot-quads needed). Time consuming
up front, but time saving over the long term.

  I'd be happy to provide my badaddr and badip lists, but only individually
and not on the archived mail list.
