Spamassassin only tags spam, doesn't filter it. That's for you to use
procmail (or your favorite mail delivery agent) to sort that out for
you based on the tag. Do not direct spam to /dev/null, direct it to a
box to check later to make sure there aren't false positives, and to
report via spamcop.net or manually to the responsible webhosts and
mail hosts.
