7.1 is still supported. 7.0 is not.
Side note: If you have a 7.0 system, my experience so far is that all
Red Hat 7.1 RPM updates that have come out since 7.0 support was
discontinued work ok on 7.0, excluding the 2.4 kernel and related packages
like modutils. (7.0 was the last to run a 2.2 kernel.)
