Thanks for the compliment.  It's good to know you got some value from PCC.

Hey, don't let a few people on a mail list upset you.  If you bail out, 
they have sucked you down to their level.  Also, remember the eighth layer 
of the OSI model, the political layer?  Just think of this as practice for 
dealing with management.  Say "Thank you for sharing" and move on to more 
useful stuff.

Finally, we need your posts to keep the list lively.
