[PLUG] SMART Client

Hello,

I'm looking for a SMART HD client.  I had some I/O errors today and with all the
talk about using SMART to assess the state of the HD I would like to check the SMART
settings.  Does anyone know where I can get one?  Is it built into linux?  I have RH
7.3.

Also, without opening the computer how do I find out what HD I have in the machine.
It has been like 4 years or longer.  I really don't know.
