[PLUG] Booting Faster

Hi All,
	I saw this article posted on /. and was hoping to find some help.

	The article is good about explaining how things work currently but I'm
having trouble implementing it. I've looked through the code and the
article. I'm not sure where the files belong or what all needs to be
included in the start/stop.mk files. I am running MDK cooker (soon to be
9.2).
