Yep.  That's one of the ones I was referring to.  (Couldn't remember the
name).  That's the one that is the closest thing to a complete open source
LAS so far, and is usable by some libraries.

I should take a peak in that direction again... It's probably been a year
since I looked at it.

That's cool.  I wish him and the project the best, and commend them for how
far they've come so far! :)
