Logo is a pretty lisp-y language (minus the syntax).  We had it
on an Atari ST, I think it was standard on the system.  I tried
to show my younger brother how to program in it, but he wasn't
really into it.  Maybe he was too young at the time.  I don't
think there's any particular advantage to Logo over any other
interactive language, its big idea was "turtle graphics", which
is simple to use, but probably looks as boring (or as exciting)
as Spirograph to kids these days.
