So... you've been following this list for awhile, haven't you. :)
The bottom line is many admins don't bother with PTRs, so I'm not sure I'd 
consider it reliable for any kind of filtering or blocking.

Just for fun, do traceroutes on samspade.org, it flags DNS errors. Almost all 
the time it's "xxx has no reverse DNS configured."
