[PLUG] VoIP on DSL?

You know this bothers me.

1/4 sec is 0.250s or 250ms.

I have never seen a *functioning* DSL line run more than 80ms. Frankly I
have not seen anything but analog modems run above 120, aside from
USWEST Frame when the routing is broken.

I wonder if the original question meant a modem line, or 25ms?
