[PLUG] Penguicon in Detroit, April 16-18

For those of you that think Linuxfest in Washington is Just Too Close,
be aware of Penguicon 2.0 in the Detroit, MI area April 16-18 .

This is a combined Science Fiction / Linux convention.  I went last
year; it was interesting, and while it was mostly regional there were 
interesting people from all over the eastern U.S.  Those travelling
through Detroit for other reasons should consider it.
