[PLUG] E-mail etiquette: why MS users don't have it

To immediately revert a single message back to its original form, click on
the yellow "i" bar just above the From: line that says something like
"This message has had extra line breaks removed.  To restore, click here".

To make the setting permanent for all new messages that come in, use:

Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> E-Mail Options

uncheck the box labelled "remove extra line breaks in plain text
messages".

Keep in mind that all the previously received messages will continue to be
mangled, but new ones should look OK.
