www.spiretech.com is inexpensive. You use your own
computer.

One potential problem with any colo facility is e-mail and
spam. If your "neighbors" in the IP address space are spammers,
your address can be black listed. With a colo facility that
allows customers to use their own computers, the spammer could
be a hacked Windows box.
