The issue with quota is there is a new version that requires a raft of kernel 
patches. http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Quota.html  

I'm pretty sure none of my systems have been patched, but it got me to 
wondering if there was a way to find out for certain, without actually 
applying the patches.
