[PLUG] OpenOffice-1.1.0 display on network host

We've been running OO.o here since Microsoft had Corel kill WordPerfect
for linux. The application is installed in /opt/OpenOfficex.x.x on the
server, and that filesystem is exported via nfs. So is /home.

Until today I've upgraded OO.o without problems. But, I installed version
1.1.0 last year and this morning my fiancee wanted to run the application on
a networked workstation, but failed at the attempt.

I remembered that I needed to run /opt/OpenOffice1.0.0/program/setup for
her -- as a user -- and I tried to do this (as root) on the networked host.
Unlike each previous version, this time the attempt fails because X cannot
open the display on 0:0. But, X is running on that workstation as is
sylpheed and jpilot. Both the server and the other host are running RH 7.3.

I'm really puzzled by this inability to set her up as a user on the remote
workstation. All thoughts and suggestions welcome.

TIA,

Rich
