[PLUG] Wiki recommendations

Thanks for all the recommendations. I think I'll go with one of the
quick solutions (PHPWiki looks promising) because

a. I don't have a lot of setup time available and,
b. The site only needs to be up for a few months before it'll be
   tossed into the bit bucket.

I'm partial to Perl solutions, but TWiki has issues with Perl 5.8 and
Apache 2.0, which rules it out in our environment.

Anyway, I really appreciate all your suggestions. It made my hunt
much, much simpler.
