[PLUG] Linux-friendly brokerage firm?

I have used TD Waterhouse since the mid-90s and very happy with them
up until recently when they decide to double/triple/4th times all of their
fees. I decided to transfer out and I was charged $50 for transferring
out my account.

I would suggest that you compare their fees before opening accounts.
I uses Citibank now and they are pretty good with Linux.
They don't have any branches locally, however.

About 2 years ago, I came across a pretty interesting brokerage firm
in Conneticut that offers Java API (and a few other languages) to
trade with their system. I was just trying to find it again but cannot
locate that company now
(I forgot the name as well)...I will
try to dig it up and if I can find it, I will post it here.
