[PLUG] pine: inserting a list of addresses

  Every now and then I have need to send an e-mail to a list of recipients
who are not in my addressbook. I discovered that I cannot use the
file-insert (ctrl-k r) when the cursor is on the address field. Nor can I
block the list of names displayed in a virtual terminal and copy them to the
To: field in pine.

  Is there a way of inserting a bulk list of names without entering each one
individually?
