Both of the above snips from this thread do suggest action. Snip A suggests action will be taken to protect legal rights and snip B calls for manipulation of the original web site content.

This is were I came to the conclusion of "sabre-rattling". I apologize if I missed the true intent of these original statements but I'm sure that you can see how I came to this conclusion.
