First, PLUG didn't change, it just adopted an over-arching banner in
addition to the old moniker (see previous references to original
discussion).
Second, it's not Portland Linux/Unix User's Group, but Portland Linux/Unix
Group.
I, myself, once suggested Portland Unix-GNU-Linux Users' Group, but it
didn't fly.
I liked the inclusion of GNU (because CERTAINLY we welcome discussion of
cygwin utilities in addition to the idealistic affiliation) and I liked
the uniqueness of PUGLUG.
