[PLUG] All I need to know I learned from PLUG vs. PLUG

The description change was mostly a nod to the Free/Open/NetBSD people.
We wanted them to feel welcome. While users of proprietary Unix flavors
were and still are welcomed to participate in PLUG as well, those users 
were not the main focus of attention at the time of the change.

I faintly recall discussing the idea of changing PLUG to PLBG or some
such thing (for Portland Linux/BSD Group). But you can't pronounce
"PLBG" and there would have been that ugly paperwork.
