[PLUG] Displaying in TV with GeForce MX 5200

Dear All:

I got a new GeForce MX 5200 card with TV-out.
I have installed in onto my box running RH 9.  When
playing movies with xine on my 32" TV, I can see the top and left border of 
the picture
frame.  I tried to adjust the aspect ratio but could not get the picture to 
align
so that the top and left border does not show up.
Is there anything I can do so that picture aligns with my TV screen?

Also, while Linux is booting up, all the text before
X-window starts flickers as if the vertical refresh rate is messed up.
As soon as X starts, everything is fine because I have modified
XF86Config to set the vertical refresh as 60 Mhz.
Is there a place I can set that for text-mode?  Or is it a different
problem altogether?
