Are you using a VGA cable or the S-Video out on the back of the card?

Are you using the commercial nVIDIA driver?

Are you booting in frame buffer mode or using standard text?

I have the TV-out working correctly on my system.  It requires some odd
hacking to get it to work, but it is possible.
