I feel that we have done everything that said owner of DBA has requested 
of us in the past, which has been to use the name PDXLUG and not 'The 
Portland Linux Users Group.'

If owner of the DBA name would like to discuss this, please have him 
and/or her contact me to discuss as I have re-read through off-list 
emails and have been unable to find any requests by said owner that have 
not been fulfilled.

I, however, no longer have time to discuss this with the members of your 
mailing list. They have made outrageous claims and baseless accusations 
on behalf of the owner of your group and obviously are not the legal 
beneficiaries of PLUG. As PDXLUG has no owner aside from a owner of a 
domain name, your owner can discuss this with any of our list members as 
we are for the most part all equally part of the groups organization 
(not that there is much organization to speak of).
