[PLUG] Apache Versions and the Slapper Wyrm

I'm rebuilding a lightning-fried Linux server and installing Red
Hat ver 7.3, and as I was loading it, I remembered that the
Slapper worm was a threat to the earlier versions of Apache (I
think Slapper appeared sometime in Sep 2002.) 

Does anyone know if Apache ver 1.3.23-11 is immune to this
threat, or will I need to upgrade my version of Apache?
