I don't know if I'll be installing Red Hat for my customers. Will those
still work? IT looking like I need to buy a good book at some point, or
borrow one. from a friend, that will teach me the baiscs of things like
finsing hardware and software drivers for the various flavors of Linux?

P.S. I juist signed up for Exhibit Hall access to the Open Source
Conference, although I hsve yet to receive the confrimation. what will I
find in the Exhibit Hall, and how much will it help me?

P.P.S. What is the best way for someone who does not have a Linux
machine to obtain multiple copies of the proper Linux distributionfor
distribution to customers of a computer-building business?" Is it
possible to download the install files of a Linux distribution without
interfering with an existing OS?

P.P.P.S.: Whatever happened to a package called "Linux for Windows" that
supposedlyt enabled native Windows users to use the Linux OS as a second
OS on their system? I have an 80GB hard drive partition going unsused.
Maybe I should try my hand at dusal-booting if I can find a way to make
it work....
