  I missed Paul's original post this morning. 216.99.0.0-216.99.31.255
belongs to SBI in Salt Lake City. 216.99.192.0-216.99.206.255 belongs to
Aracnet.

  Do dial-up lines have IP addresses? The interesting thing is that I did
get one message from the originator a few days ago. Of course, when there's
nothing in my mail log I don't know there's a problem. It is to avoid this
situation that I'll frequently put into an e-mail message the request,
"please let me know if you do not receive this so I can resend it." :-)

  Wouldn't surprise me, either. Perhaps they've outsourced the tasks.
