[PLUG] Tablet computers

Before you rip apart those tablet computers, a friend of mine, John Bartley,
wanted to get some of those computers for a local amateur radio group to do
emergency services.  He got there too late.   Ham radio folks are used to 
working with weird obsolete computer gear, funky batteries, and odd interfaces.
