[PLUG] E-mail attachments not seen by recipient

Newer versions of Outlook absoulutly restrict attachments.  See the following

Of course, without detail it's difficult to tell. If your collegue is behind
an Exchange server then of course there are several administrative settings
that could affect this behavior.
