[PLUG] using evolution to forward certain messages

I'd like to use my FC1 box to forward certain messages from the
evolution client to another e-mail address.

It looks like one of the options is to pipe a message to a shell command
in my evolution v1.4.5. What would that command look like? I can specify
the address in the command, if it's what I'm thinking, but I've got no
idea what this command would look like.

Suggestions, please.
