[PLUG] Perl madness!

This makes no sense to me:

IO::Socket::INET: Bad protocol 'tcp'

The only reference to this error I can find on the net is for Windows
systems.  I can't imagine what on Earth could be causing such a thing.

Surely there are thousands of people out there using the smbldap-tools
that come with the samba-doc package... so what gives?
