dpkg doesn't allow screwed up things like dependencies on a particular
file, and folks making .debs tend to follow Debian guidelines instead
of making up their own package names and standards.  Therefor, any
.deb, any distro.  None of that retarded "It's a Red Hat package that
only works on Mandrake" bullshit.
