[PLUG] Cups Printing Problem

Check the log files on L and O.

Check permissions on P.  I think if I remember right be default, Cups
won't talk to anything except itself.  You will have to edit the config
files by hand, the webpage doesn't have this functionality in it.

Then restart cups.
