A retired telco guy who ran some phone wires for me recently is called
Paul Bell (a pseudonymn). He charged me $150 for rewiring all my phones.
His phone number is 503-232-1616. I suspect he will handle cat-5 easily.

But your electrical work needs to comply with safety and building codes,
so I'd suggest getting bids from several licensed electricians for that.
