      Unless someone wants to speak at the last minute, David Mandel
      will lead a discussion of problems encountered using or 
      trying to use Open Source Solutions in schools and public
      agencies.  In particular, David may discuss some of the
      problems and successes he is having using Linux at Pioneer
      Pacific College in Eugene.
