[PLUG] Hand-editing postscript files

  Is there a simple way to edit postscript files? Google hasn't revealed any
to me. There's PsTricks, but that's for graphics within LaTeX.

  I downloaded some tabular data from Web pages. I want to strip off the
last line ("Report problems here") that falls on a second page when I
convert it to a pdf file. I would also strip off the header, too, if I could
identify it in the ps code.

  Any suggestions?
