[PLUG] heavy courier imap load

Courier IMAP and Postfix server...
Users use Outlook for IMAP client...
Outlook has been configured to save sent messages on the IMAP server...
A week after making the changes on the client to store messages on the
server, the CPU load stays at just under 100% caused by IMAP processes
owned by each connecting user...
No other server/client system changes have been made in the past week
prior to the increased CPU load...

The box is a 2.4GHz Xeon with 2GB RAM

Any ideas could be causing the huge IMAP load?  I don't see any problems
in the logs...
