[PLUG] Unsolicited Bulk Email, by a technical definition

If anybody else on this list is receiving large batches of email
combined together in chunks ranging from 70 to 450K from somebody we all
know and love, could you drop me an email before you start contacting
abuse departments?  Coordinated abuse department contacting usually
produces better results, IME.
