[PLUG] Getting Moz' To Use XPDF

Can one of yous tell me how to get Moz' to use xpdf for PDFs instead of
acroread?  I added an association under "helper app's", but Moz' ignores
it, telling me it handles PDFs "internally" and won't normally resort to
my explicit handler.

acroread really hogs my resources when invoked by the browser, but from
the CLI directly, it works fine, so I'd rather not uninstall it
entirely.  So how do I slap Moz' in the face here?
