[PLUG] Installation problems

I've seen this a couple of times after the apparently
successful installation of a program:

 ./jbuilder
./jbuilder: error while loading shared libraries:
libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory

What's wrong? I get the impression that it's looking
for something in the search path and not finding it.
